The Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management and BHLI’s overall operations ensuring high standards of resident care, staff management, compliance, and financial stability. The Administrator is required to  balance healthcare oversight with hospitality service to create a vibrant senior living community.   He/She shall provide strategic direction, oversee all departments, manages budgets and resources fostering a resident-centered culture that promotes safety, dignity, independence and quality of life.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management , Nursing, Social Work, General Management or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality or eldercare management will be of utmost advantage
  • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Philippine labor laws, DOH regulations and facility compliance standards
  • Experience in financial and operational management

The Care Manager directly reports to the Administrator while supervising the care team composed of nurses and caregivers.   He/She makes sure that the care operations are running smoothly and carried out within the scope of BHLI’s vision, mission and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. He/She oversees the financial aspects of the department, adhering to the budget and its allocation for cost efficiency, without compromising quality.  He/She is responsible for  promoting  residents' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning,  collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff and  providing physical and psychological support for the residents.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Registered  Nurse with strong clinical exposure is preferred 
  • Certification in elder care is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in assisted living facility or hospital care
  • Knowledge of Pain Management and Administering Medication
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to study & develop high standard for Elderly Health Care.

The Facility and Administration Supervisor oversees the day-to-day non-clinical operations of BHLI ensuring a safe, well-maintained, compliant and efficiently run facility while supporting administrative systems to enable high-quality resident care. This includes overseeing the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the premises and equipment, managing administrative tasks such as records and inventory, and supervising housekeeping, kitchen, and laundry services. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or related field 
  • 2–3 years experience in facility or healthcare operations 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge of facility, safety, and regulatory standards 
  • Experience in supervising multi-department teams

The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate and resident centered nursing care for all residents of  BHLI.  He/she will be responsible for medical management, health monitoring, care coordination. and clinical documentation while supporting residents’ physical, emotional and psychosocial wellbeing.  He/She will work closely with the caregivers, doctors and respective families  to promote quality of life, safety and dignity with all residents in accordance with regulatory standards and BHLI’s care philosophy.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Registered Nurse (RN)  in active and good standing by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) 
  • Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or community health nursing is an advantage
  • Familiar with assisted living operations, chronic disease management, medication administration, and fall prevention.
  • Competence in basic life support (BLS) and  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) can be a plus.

The Personal Care Aide/Caregiver  plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life  by assisting with daily activities  such as personal care, mobility, meals and medication reminders.  He/She shall ensure safety, dignity and independence while offering emotional support and companionship, working closely with the healthcare team and families to ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.  

Qualifications:

  • Active holder of National Certificate II in Caregiving 
  • Proven caregiving or healthcare experience 
  • Knowledge of Emergency Response and First Aid (CPR) 
  • Willing to adhere to Health and Safety Standards 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

The HR and Training Officer is responsible for managing the human resource functions and overseeing staff training  and development to ensure compassionate, competent and compliant care delivery.  He/She  shall be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, continuous learning and employee relations of BHLI’s employees while fostering a professional and values driven culture.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Work or related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in HR and/or training, preferably in healthcare,   eldercare or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

The Resident Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing recreational, social and wellness programs that enhance the quality of life of the residents of BHLI.  He/She will promote physical, cognitive, emotional and social  well being through meaningful activities according to residents’ interests, abilities and care needs.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Hospitality Management or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in planning and facilitating activities for the elderly or customer service 
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Compassionate, patient and respectful towards the elderly
